You can book a service through:

Do you provide warranty for services?
Yes, we offer a 7-day service warranty on all services. Please note
that the warranty for parts or products may differ based on the manufacturer.
What if I don’t need the service after the technician arrives?
If you decide not to avail of any service after the technician arrives at your doorstep,
you will only need to pay the visiting charge of BDT 200.
How do I pay for the services?
After service completion, you will receive a text from One TAP to
confirm your payment. You can then pay through the One TAP app or Cash on
Delivery.
How do I provide feedback on my service?
Once the service is completed, you’ll be prompted to provide a rating and feedback on
the One TAP app or via the website. This helps us maintain high
standards of service.
